So a bit of a setback this morning. The treadmill was making some dreadful noise when I turned it on. I lifted it up, ispected it, I still have no clue whats wrong, but it sounds like its ready to break. I will try and fix it tonight., but its loud to begin with and since I wont be home til 10pm I don't want to use it and wake my neighbors up. I'm upset it's my first day and I wasn't able to do a real workout. I did lift some weights and do a few exercises on the exercise ball. I need to keep myself in a good mind set, usually I would just say "ok, well today's fucked, we'll start tomorrow" and proceed to pig out. but not today.. I will try to run the bench today at work instead of processing so I am on my feet walking around instead of sitting all day..
