woot!
I finally found out what was wrong with my treadmill and have fixed it. So I can use it until I find someone to sell it to so I can buy an exercise bike instead :)
I posted it on craigslist, lest see how that fares

well yesterday went ok, I forgot the pasta salad part of my lunch, so all I had for lunch was 2 cups of lettuce and I was starving at work.
Luckily I didnt realize until I was sitting down at lunch so I had no time to go to the store and buy something. I did end up breaking down and buying one of those itty bitty bags of baked chips, for 140 calories. I needed something and that seemed like the lesser evil. I skipped the glass of wine with dinner and had a nightcap of limoncello instead. So I ended up consuming about 1100 for the day. a bit less than I was meaning to eat, but since I didnt get to use the treadmill I think its ok.
   This morning I am exhausted. The bf called me at around 1am really depressed and needing to talk. got to sleep around 1:30. woke up at 3:30 got back to sleep, woke up again at 7:30 and tossed and turned for the next hour and a half.
I can't wait until I move and spend more time at home and less time driving.
So enough bitching, the plan for the day:

breakfast : 1 cup coffee with 2 tsp sugar and 1 tbs half and half- (50)
                   1/2 bagel with 1 tbs light cream cheese  (180)                                         total (230)

lunch   pasta salad that I didn't eat yesterday (250)
            1 cup greens with 1 tbs fat free dressing (50)                                                  total 300

dinner trader joes burrito   (350)
            with 2 oz light sour cream ((70)
           1 oz salsa (15 )
          5 tortilla chips (70)
         1 oz guacamole (50)                                                                                                  total 655

So a bit of a setback this morning.
The treadmill was making some dreadful noise when I turned it on. I lifted it up, ispected it, I still have no clue whats wrong, but it sounds like its ready to break. I will try and fix it tonight., but its loud to begin with and since I wont be home til 10pm I don't want to use it and wake my neighbors up.
  I'm upset it's my first day and I wasn't able to do a real workout. I did lift some weights and do a few exercises on the exercise ball.
I need to keep myself in a good mind set, usually I would just say "ok, well today's fucked, we'll start tomorrow" and proceed to pig out.
but not today.. I will try to run the bench today at work instead of processing so I am on my feet  walking around instead of sitting all day..

I am drinking some light cranberry juice, so thats another 40 calories to add to my total.
I'm about to get on the treadmill.

Heres hoping I can stay on track for my first day!
food plan:

Breakfast: coffee with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tbs half and half about 50cal
1/2 bagel with 1 tbs cream cheese (180cal)                                                                                                   total 230

Lunch 1 cup suddenly pasta salad made with light sour cream instead of mayo (250cal)
2 cups of greens with 2 tbs fat free dressing (about 50 cal)                                                                         total 300

Dinner: 1/2 cup cooked pasta (180)
with 2 chicken sausages (280)
1/4 cup sauce (50)
1 glass red wine (120)                                                                                                                                          total 630

                                                                                for a daily total of 1160 calories

I plan to walk on my treadmill for at least a half hour in the morning before work.
which means I need to get my butt in bed!
